First: call our office at (714) 962-8818, and make an appointment with our friendly front desk staff and we'll help you recover quickly. They will ask you your number to return a call to, and how you found out about us.

Same-day and weekend appointments are available to best serve you.

Then you'll want to print and fill out our intake forms.

If you want us to bill your insurance, please bring a copy of your insurance card. As a service to our patients we will call and verify your benefits for chiropractic and massage.

Besides accepting insurance and participating in the most popular plans, we offer a variety of payment arrangements that make our chiropractic care affordable for just about anyone.
